Golden Ghee is made from US Grade AA unsalted butter. Known Allergen: Milk
The whey, casein. and milk solids have been removed during the cooking and straining process, therefore we can state that it is “made free from lactose”. Golden Ghee is tolerable for most consumers who can’t consume lactose. However, Golden Ghee is derived from cow’s milk is not suitable or recommended for consumers with dairy allergies.
